The Beginning

NRG LUXURY HOMES was started by its founder Rohit Minocha in 2008 as a passionate venture with a sole purpose of providing international standards of professional real estate brokerage services in India which was an entirely disorganized business during that time. Having worked in the family business of garment exports and later as Country Head for a USA based software company, he wanted to venture out on his own which was the beginning for NRG LUXURY HOMES.

Being an investor in real estate and having travelled extensively abroad due to business, he realized that there was huge difference in the way real estate services are available abroad versus services available in India. This was a turning point for him which resulted in the launch of his company i.e. NRG LUXURY HOMES on a pan India basis providing international standard of real estate services to clients in India and abroad.
